LYC Condemns Attack in Tessan Hajiya, Lagun Ward

Lavun Youth Congress (LYC) expresses deep concern over the reported bandit attack in Tessan Hajiya, Lagun Ward, Lavun Local Government Area, which resulted in the loss of one life and the abduction of two persons.
We extend our heartfelt sympathy to the families of the victims, the Lavun Local Government Council, and the entire people of Lavun Local Government Area. We pray that Almighty Allah forgives the departed soul and grants strength and comfort to the bereaved family. We also pray for the safe return of those abducted and for wisdom and strength for our security agencies as they respond to the situation.
LYC calls on government at all levels and relevant security agencies to intensify efforts to protect lives and property and strengthen security across vulnerable communities. We also urge the Chairman of Lavun Local Government to intensify the implementation of existing security and development strategies designed to respond to emerging challenges within the Local Government Area.
